Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. We strive to ship orders as promptly as possible and will notify customers if there are any delays in processing.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number and the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We will ship Worldwide to countries not sanctioned by the United State of America.   We will not ship to Germany due to VerpakG, We will not ship to Russia Federation, North Korea, Iran Cub or Syria.  We reserve the right to not ship products for any reason.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges incurred for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
